Return Policy

We want you to feel confident trying Dawn. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return for a refund within 30 days of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@getbroth.com or through our contact page. To determine your eligibility, please include your name, your order number, the date of your purchase, and the address associated with your order.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are a first-time customer and decide Dawn is not for you, we accept returns of opened product within 30 days of purchase. This applies to your first order whether purchased as a one-time order, Monthly Delivery, or 3-Month Delivery. The product must not be empty or substantially used.

All Other Returns

For all other returns, the product must be unopened and the return request must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not charge restocking fees.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear after they are issued, depending on your bank or payment provider. Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.

Additional Return Terms

Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable. Returns sent back without first contacting us and going through our return process may not be eligible for a refund.
